Pre-assembled drip irrigation systems

Produced and assembled in our factory in Breda (NL), our drip irrigation systems ensure constant quality. We assemble them tailored to the specifications you need. Simply unpack the system in the greenhouse (or on the field), roll it out, cut it to the required bed length, insert the plant pegs, connect them to the supply line and the system is ready to go!

  • Capillary system: low investment costs, ideal for short and average lengths of PE tubes
  • E1000 system: very accurate irrigation with uniform, even flow
  • Supertif system: pressure compensated, self-closing system for maximum performance

In-line drip irrigation

Our in-line irrigation systems deliver a very precise flow rate, low incidence of clogging and high degree of uniformity. The in-line systems are manufactured from premium quality plastics, making them stable, durable and UV resistant. They are also resistant to the chemicals and fertilisers used in horticulture.

We offer three types of in-line tubes with integrated drippers: the Hydrogol in-line tube with round labyrinth drippers, the Hydro PC in-line tube with round, pressure-compensated drippers and the Hydro PCND in-line tube with round, pressure-compensated and self-closing drippers.

PE tubes & micro tubes

Our Sunblock tubes have a white exterior and a black interior, to reduce plant stress to an absolute minimum:

  • PE tubes with outside diameters from 16 to 40 mm, in any required lenght
  • Micro tubes  for E1000, Supertif, Ray Jet and Neptunus systems, in 5 or 7 mm diameter
  • Capillary,  based on the flow rate of the tube length, the inside diameter of the tube and the water pressure

Plant pegs and spray stakes

Plant pegs deliver water directly to the substrate at the roots for precise irrigation. Spray stakes distribute water evenly across a larger area, ensuring a uniform flow for every plant.

The Wingpeg plant peg is available in various versions for both capillary and microtube use. The water flows downwards on two sides. This ensures an even spread over a larger area of the substrate. The benefit of the Wingpeg is that the 'wings' on the stakes ensure they are all inserted into the substrate to the same depth.

The Ray Jet spray stake is a robust, upright spray stake with a Vortex sprinkler that distributes the water evenly over a large substrate surface area. The spray stake is adjustable to any pot diameter and is made from recyclable plastic. Also available as a pre-assembled system.

Sprinklers and sets

A sprinkler is the perfect solution for irrigating a very large area. We supplie different types of sprinklers and complete sprinkler sets for special applications, ensuring a high level of operational safety and a uniform flow rate every time:

  • Rondo mini:  for medium to large coverage (up to an area of 8x8 metres). This sprinkler is especially suitable for greenhouses, netting cages, tree nurseries, shrubs, hedges, flower beds and soils susceptible to capping
  • Rose-headed irrigation sets: for irrigation of young plants and humidification in strawberry tunnels and greenhouses
  • Rondo XL:  suitable for tray fields, tree nurseries, gardens, lawns, open fields and roof irrigation of greenhouses
  • Roof irrigation sets: designed to lower the temperature inside the greenhouse by cooling the roof
  • Tornado soft fruit sprinkler: for irrigating soft fruit grown in rows
