Sales Manager Mexico
We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive our growth across Mexico and South America. As Sales Manager, you will lead sales, operations, and project coordination for our new office in Mexico. You’ll build strong customer relationships, develop new business opportunities, and ensure smooth execution of projects and logistics with our Head Quarter in the Netherlands.
Your role
The Sales Manager will report directly to the Managing Director and Sales Manager in the Netherlands, and will be responsible for the daily sales, operations and production of our new office in Mexico, with duties including:
- Work closely with our Account Manager in the Netherlands in new business initiatives, including completing quotes and assisting in new business development in various growth based campaigns
- Observing control points and equipment
- Generate leads and cultivate customer relationships
- Maintain excellent business relationships with both existing and potential clients
- Coordinating projects on site, customer contact after sales project
- Supervise the shipping & receiving of product tot customer, responsible for logistics
Your profile
We are looking for someone who is capable of providing our customers with the best solutions for their specific growing needs. Working with the client every step of the way, from concept to completion.
- Experience in the Greenhouse Industry and/ or related exposure
- Excellent proficiency in the English language is a requirement
- Self-driven and keen to meet and exceed measurable
- Excellent customer service skills, both verbal and written
- Negotiation skills on different levels
- Valid passport with the ability to freely travel as needed
- Flexibility and willingness to work individually as well as in a team environment
- Persuasion power
